2.- carry a thermos to keep your water fresh
3.- wear a hat that covers the neck preferably
4.- unmissable external battery
5.- neck pillow since some transfers are long
6.- loose clothing that dries quickly
7.- sunscreen
8.- medications for headache, diarrhea
10.- dollar in low denomination for Egypt or euro if you do not want to change to the Egyptian pound. In Jordan they make fun of him since he is worth less than their currency.
Extra from Egypt: if you have the opportunity to take the other Nile cruise, don't think twice, in my group from Jordan they took the one without a cruise and is heavier in land transfers.
Extra from Jordan: buy the Jordan Pass on the Jordan government page! they will save a lot of money
The best thing of all and what I loved was the logistics of collection and immigration in Egypt, it has a reputation for being heavier than that of the United States and it was super easy for us because company personnel were waiting for us before immigration to help us with the crossing and they took us out very quickly! Now let's get to the bad:
1-if you are someone who doesn't like to get up early you will suffer because on some tours you get up at 2am!
2-A very important tip is that if you are intolerable to the heat it is better to look for another date, but if you want photos without so many people and enjoy the landscapes it is very lonely as you can see in my photos
3.- Be careful with street vendors in Egypt because they are so overwhelming that if you say no, they insist a lot and you end up having to buy an extra suitcase.
