Hello everyone! My name is Ken Segura and I want to share my experience with Local Adventures exploring the treasures of Europe.
I hope you are as excited as I am to share my recent experience with Local Adventures in Europe. This is my second trip with them, after being completely amazed by my first adventure in Greece. Now, I ventured to explore the “European classics” and let me tell you, it was a great trip that I will never forget!
From the beginning, Local Adventures demonstrated their excellence in customer service by providing me with impeccable follow-up and attention. They helped me with all my questions and even provided support with insurance policies, which was a huge relief.
Upon arriving in Madrid, where our trip began, we were received with a warm welcome letter at the hotel. Although we arrived a few days early on our own, the Local Adventures team was aware of our movements and provided us with all the necessary information to prepare for the tour. An additional briefing helped us resolve any questions we had before beginning the adventure.
Throughout the tour, our guide Sylvia was simply exceptional. Her friendly treatment and constant attention made us feel welcome and cared for at all times. She shared her cell phone number with us for any questions and she always responded promptly and kindly, which made our trip even more pleasant.
The hotels we stayed in were in excellent condition, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although some were a little small, they were still cozy and met all our needs.
The breakfasts, although different from what we are used to, were delicious and complete, always accompanied by coffee and juice. When logistics required it, they prepared a box lunch for us to take along the way, which was a very appreciated detail.
Although the trip was a bit heavy due to the time on the road, the comfortable truck and regular rest stops made the journey more bearable. And the reward of discovering enchanting cities like Madrid, Rome and Paris, as well as lesser-known gems like Florence, Venice, Zaragoza, Lucerne, Blois and Pisa, was totally worth it.
I highly recommend this experience with Local Adventures. Not only did I see incredible places, but I also learned fascinating stories thanks to our guide's stories. And as a tip, don't forget to bring comfortable clothes, a neck pillow, your headphones and a bottle of water, it will be a great help on the journey!
